Tongling Taifu Special Materials Co., Ltd. flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project

The flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project of Tongling Taifu Special Materials Co., Ltd. adopts the process route of "medium and low temperature SCR denitrification+waste heat recovery+CFB desulfurization+bag dust removal+induced draft fan". The designed flue gas conditions are a flue gas volume of 350000 Nm3/h, a temperature of 180-250 degrees Celsius, nitrogen oxides of 800 mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide of 150 mg/Nm3, dry quenching flue gas of 65000 Nm3/h, and sulfur dioxide of 800-1300 mg/Nm3. The emission standards for nitrogen oxides are less than 150mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide is less than 30mg/Nm3, and particulate matter is less than 10mg/Nm3.
