TONRAY multi-effect evaporative crystallization technology

Multi-effect evaporation is a heat transfer process, which is the evaporation operation of multiple evaporators in series. It is the series evaporation of the secondary steam before the effect as the next effect of heating steam, so that the steam heat can be used for many times, so as to improve the utilization rate of heat energy. Multi-effect evaporation is mostly used for the treatment of aqueous solutions, which is the process of boiling and condensation heat transfer. In multi-effect evaporation, the operating pressure of each effect, the corresponding heating steam temperature and the boiling point of the solution are reduced at a time.

Competitive advantage

(1) Multi-effect evaporator is widely used, with strong tolerance characteristics, especially suitable for high salt, high COD refractory wastewater.

(2) It is suitable for materials with high boiling point of brine solution (such as calcium chloride, caustic soda, etc.).

(3) The multi-effect evaporator has large operation flexibility, large adjustable range, and the coefficient can reach 20-110%.

According to the actual situation, the evaporator can use different multi-effect evaporation processes or even combined processes (downstream, upstream, parallel and cross-flow).

(4) Multi-effect evaporator equipment is relatively simple, low maintenance cost.
