Overview
This project is a 300000 tons/year coal tar hydrogenation sewage treatment project. The sewage mainly includes coal tar hydrogenation plant wastewater, coal water slurry hydrogen production wastewater, coking wastewater, domestic sewage, acid stripping wastewater, switching water of each section, circulating sewage, power station sewage and mine water, etc. After qualified treatment, the sewage is reused to the circulating water to make up water.
Treatment technology of phenol cyanide wastewater
The sewage treatment system of this project consists of pretreatment section, biochemical treatment section, reclaimed water reuse and concentrated brine evaporation crystallization treatment. The pretreatment of phenol cyanide wastewater adopts the combined process of gravity sedimentation, acidification demulsification, centrifugal extraction and ammonia distillation. The living treatment section adopts the anaerobic +AO+BAC fluidized bed + ozone catalysis +BAF process. The reuse and concentrated brine treatment unit removes the alkalinity, hardness and silicon scale substances through the two-stage high-density sedimentation tank system, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, high pressure reverse osmosis and other technologies. Realize the desalination and reuse of sewage. Salt evaporation crystallization unit adopts multi-effect evaporation and freezing technology to realize the crystallization of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate wastewater respectively.
