Overview
According to the production demand of Shanxi Pingyao Coal Chemical (Group) Co., LTD., this project constructs 2× 62-hole JNDX3-6.25-11D type stamping coke oven, with an annual output of 1.34 million tons of coke, supporting 190 tons /h CDQ power generation system and 125,700 tons/year LNG production device. Building a phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station. The wastewater containing phenol cyanide generated in the process of gas purification, condensate water from gas pipelines, laboratory drainage, initial rainwater from the area contaminated by process media, fire accident water, domestic drainage after septic tank treatment, LNG production wastewater and domestic sewage are sent to the biochemical system for treatment of phenol cyanide wastewater. The reuse water treatment system of the concentrated water and circulating water discharge sewage of the desalination station and the phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station. The concentrated water is processed in depth and evaporated for crystallization.
The phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station is composed of phenol cyanide sewage collection tank, production and living sewage tank, accident tank, pretreatment system, biochemical treatment system (including coagulation and precipitation treatment), odor treatment system, reuse water treatment system and concentration and drying treatment system (including evaporation and crystallization).
Design processing scale
The treatment capacity of this phenol cyanide wastewater treatment station is 150m3/h for biochemical system (designed with more than 10% design allowance), 200m3/h for reuse water treatment system (designed with more than 10% design allowance), 50m3/h for concentrated liquid treatment unit (concentrated salt water volume must be less than 15m3/h after concentration), The evaporative crystallization unit is 15m3/h.
